Traditional Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a complementary medical practice that uses very fine needles to stimulate Acupuncture points which promote the natural self-healing process of the body.

Orthopedic Acupuncture

Orthopedic Acupuncture specializes in treating  musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. This treatment utilizes the healing benefits of Traditional Acupuncture plus an added therapy such as Cupping or Gua Sha.

Advanced Japanese Acupuncture
(Kiiko Matsumoto & Nagano Tradition)

 

A specialized style of acupuncture based on the teachings of Kiiko Matsumoto. The use of palpatory diagnosis and reflex points guides treatment to see results in real time.

Chinese Herbal Medicine utilizes a mixture of various herbs that each have their own unique functions to come up with a formula based specifically for your health needs. 

Cupping & Gua Sha

These two practices have been used through various cultures for over 5,000 years. Both Cupping and Gua Sha are great for treating pain as well as various other ailments in addition to musculoskeletal conditions.

Massage Therapy

 

Each massage session is fully customizable to your needs. Whether you are need of a therapeutic touch or simply want to relax and de-stress, the pressure levels and modalities will be adjusted to your expectations. We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, and Prenatal Massages.

Craniosacral Therapies - CFT/CST

A gentle, hands-on technique that allows the therapist to identify fascial strain in the body, and then help guide the body to unwind and release this strain, allowing for better movement and function in the brain, spinal cord, and fascial web.

Stretching Therapy

A customizable session of passive assisted stretches designed to help release tension in the body, while improving flexibility and range of motion.
